About Us.

A creative and collaborative studio space welcoming artists at all stages of their journey.

Old City Studio is the latest project from friends Paul and Rhys, whose shared passion for live music and local artists has led them into many areas of the industry over the years. Together they have 20+ years’ experience spanning the live sector, recording, photography and promoting, and they passionately embark on this latest project in support of Bristol’s music scene.

OCS is intended to be a creative and collaborative space for artists to come together and make music. Endorsed by the Donut Filler Jam Collective and next door to the well established live music venue Mr Wolfs, OCS is situated right in the heart of Bristol’s action.

Please be considerate of us and the studio. We have neighbours, so it’s important to keep the volume down when you’re outside the soundproofed basement. Please don’t play your instrument when the studio door is open. If you can’t see a bin for your rubbish, please ask. Cheers!
