More about our voiceover studio in Bristol.

Our Bristol voiceover studio is purpose-built to support crystal-clear recordings and a smooth workflow. Designed with an open-plan layout, the studio removes the traditional glass barrier between engineer and artist, creating a more collaborative and natural recording experience.
We’ve styled our space for comfort and inspiration. Sink into our leather seating while you record using professional-grade Shure SM7B microphones—renowned for their warmth and clarity. Surrounded by bookcase baffles, Edison bulbs, and wooden floors, the studio looks as good as it sounds. Whether you’re capturing a voiceover or producing a podcast, you’ll be working in a space that’s acoustically sound and visually striking.

The Dead Royals Music2025-06-09Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been rehearsing there with our band to prepare our EP recording, we had the best time! A brand new studio, with a stylish wooden floor, amazing atmosphere, great music gear and AC which is very handy when you play intense rock music! Would recommend it too all bands! :) Oliver Slocombe Poole2025-06-08Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love the vibe of this place, it feels like a proper modern studio with a great old school aesthetic and some awesome gear. The in house drum kit is mint! Theres a prophet and Rhodes as well as a nice upright piano. And the guitar amps are fantastic. Need I say more? I would highly recommend this spot for anything from rehearsal to mixing to videos. Happy jamming :) Christopher Mardon2025-06-08Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wonderful intimate space with excellent sound quality and first class equipment. The people who run the studio are super friendly and welcoming. The engineers are knowledgable and supportive. I have recorded there and seen the results of other people's sessions and have been wildly impressed every time. Louis Masseron2025-06-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I use Old City Studio for recording, teaching, and the loud ugly bits of saxophone practise (the horrible stuff that the neighbours shouldn't have to hear), and the space is absolutely perfect. Incredible recording hardware (and a list of top notch engineers who can be hired to run the session), all for very reasonable rates, whilst also having a comfortable and cosy vibe for teaching and practising. Definitely recommend. Don Kennedy2025-06-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely amazing space, and the team could not have been better.
