Old City Studio is a small but mighty recording studio in Bristol City Centre. Our stylised interiors and comfort-focused touches mean our space lends itself perfectly to podcast recording in Bristol. If you’re looking for a Bristol podcast studio or somewhere to record voice work, send us a message and we’ll get back to you right away with pricing and availability.

More about our Bristol podcast studio.

Our Bristol podcast studio has a unique layout that is especially well-suited to podcasting.

Lacking the glass partition of a traditional recording studio, OCS is a semi-partioned podcast studio space that allows the artist and producer/engineer to maintain a clear line of sight.

Our comfortable leather seating allows you to record podcasts in comfort and style, while our Shure SM7B’s record clear, high-quality audio.

Our podcast studio has wooden floors, Edison bulbs, bookcase baffles, and a Chesterfield sofa, making it both functional and visually appealing—ideal for content creation as well as comfortable production and recording.

Where to find us.

One of the most central podcast studios in Bristol, Old City Studio is located on St. Nicholas Street – right next to St. Nick’s Market, a stone’s throw from Castle Park and the High Street, and a 10 minute work from Bristol Temple Meads.

Next door to legendary Bristol music venue Mr Wolfs, our thoroughly soundproofed podcast studio is nestled in the basement of the historic Stock Exchange building, so you can record undisturbed!

We’ll provide you with more information about travel and finding us when you reach out to Paul or Rhys with your enquiry.
